Costs accessories to pay at arrival:

Forfait and services € 65,00 (obligatory even for children after the fourth year and entirely due even for stays shorter than a week): water, gas and energy consumption, toilet and bed linen with weekly change, final cleaning, WiFi, a parking space not assigned in our private parking, beach services at the Miramare Seaside Resort (for two-room apartment 1 parasol + 2 deckchairs, for three-room apartment 2 parasol + 4 deckchairs)

Further optional services on demand per week

• Air conditioning: € 40 for the two-room apartment and € 50 for three-room apartment.
• Cot 0/2 years: € 35.00 (Maximum of 1 per apartment)
• Toilet and bed linen changed during the week: € 16 per person per change.
• Laundry kitchen not available (the customer has to clean the cooking corner, on the contrary € 30 should be debit)
• Garage: € 40.00 (on demand on the spot-up to exhaustion)
• Pets: € 25.00
• Deposit: € 100,00 per apartment, refundable
