TO PAY AFTER ARRIVAL:
€ 65,00 per person per week (children over the age of 4) for the use of electricity/gas/water, bed/bath linen with weekly change and cleaning, TV in apartment, children play area, parking (one parking space for each apartment), final cleaning; (the kitchen area should be left clean, otherwise you will be debited € 30,00 for the cleaning).

From the 15th of May to the 15th of September, beach service in pre-assigned area (1 sun-umbrella and 2 deckchairs for BILO and 2 sun-umbrellas and 4 deckchairs for TRILO – sunbeds are extra payment).

  • DEPOSIT: € 100,00 per apartment per holiday.
  • ANIMALS (small size max 10kg): € 30,00 per week.
  • CITY TAX: € 2,50 per person per day (max 5 nights)

EXTRACHARGES (optional):

  • Air conditioning per week: € 40,00 – (BILO), € 50,00 – (TRILO).
  • Extra mid-week change of linen (optional) € 16,00 per person the change
  • BABY BED € 35,00 PER WEEK

COSTI OBBLIGATORI DA PAGARE IN LOCO:

Forfait e Servizi EURO 65.00 a testa a settimana (obbligatori sopra i 4 anni e interamente dovuti anche per soggiorni inferiori alla settimana) comprendenti: consumi energetici, biancheria da letto e da bagno con cambio settimanale, pulizia finale, WiFi, un posto auto non assegnato e non custodito nel parcheggio privato, un ombrellone più 2 sdraio (per i bilocali) o due ombrelloni più 4 sdraio (per i trilocali) presso lo stabilimento balneare Miramare (non si garantisce la fila dell'ombrellone in spiaggia) Cauzione: € 100,00 obbligatoria, rimborsabile. Tassa di Soggiorno Euro 1.50 a persona al giorno (max 5 notti)

SERVIZI SU RICHIESTA A PAGAMENTO (settimanali)

  • Aria condizionata: € 40.00 (bilocale) € 50.00 (trilocale).
  • Culla 0/2 anni: € 35.00. Gratuita se del cliente. Massimo 1 per appartamento
  • Cambio biancheria da letto e da bagno infrasettimanale: € 16.00 a persona a cambio.
  • Biancheria da cucina non disponibile, obbligo riconsegna angolo cottura pulito o ulteriore addebito di € 30.00
  • Animali: € 30.00
